Overview

The Polygon PoS network operates as a hybrid Plasma Proof of Stake side-chain connected to Ethereum. It maintains full compatibility with the Ethereum virtual machine (EVM), enabling developers to utilize familiar tools such as Infura, MetaMask, Truffle, and others while developing and deploying applications on the Polygon network.

Polygon API interactions follow the JSON-RPC standard.
