Delete a Volume

In this guide, you will learn how to delete a storage volume using the Nirvana dashboard.

1. From the volume list, select the volume you want to remove by clicking the checkbox, then click the Delete button. Alternatively, click the Actions menu and select Delete.

2. Confirm the deletion in the dialog

3. The volume will be removed from the list

Note

You cannot delete a volume that is currently attached to a VM. Detach the volume first, or delete the VM.
